Dr.
Richard G. Shields Jr.
joined Menu Foods in 2000 and is the Executive Vice-President
of Technical Services. Dr. Shields holds a Ph.D. in Animal Nutrition
from Ohio State University. He has nearly 25 years of industry
experience and is responsible for technology, process and product
development as well as quality assurance and regulatory affairs.
He has previously held research positions with Quaker and Heinz.
