James F. Billett

James F. Billett joined the Fund, in May 2009, as a trustee and a member of the Board of Directors of the Administrator. Jim is an independent Trustee and Director. 

Jim is the President J. F. Billett Holdings Ltd., a financial consulting company. He has been a board member and audit committee chairman of Canadian General Investments, Limited since 2005 and a board and audit committee member of E-L Financial Corporation since 2007. 

Jim retired as a partner from PricewaterhouseCoopers L.L.P in 2005, following a thirty-eight year career in the areas of advisory, assurance and risk management.
