Fraser D. Latta

Fraser D. Latta has been a member of the Board of Directors of the Administrator since July 2002. He is an independent Director.

Fraser is a private investor and prior to September 2001, he was the Vice-Chairman of Cott Corporation. He is a graduate of the Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario.
