Eric A. Demirian

Eric A. Demirian has been a trustee of the Fund and a member of the Board of Directors of the Administrator since May 2005. Eric is an independent Trustee and Director.

Eric is the Chief Executive Officer of Parklea Capital Inc., an independent investment banking and corporate finance firm servicing mid-market clients. Prior to joining Parklea, He was the Executive Vice President of GT Group Telecom Inc. From 1983 to 1999, Eric was with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP where he was a partner and an industry practice leader. Eric holds a BBM from Ryerson University. He is also a Certified General Accountant and Chartered Accountant. Eric currently sits on the Board and is chair of the Audit Committee of both Enghouse Systems Limited and Keystone North America Inc.
