Alexander R. Aird

Alexander R. Aird has been a trustee of the Fund since May 2005 and a member of the Board of Directors of the Administrator since July 2002. Sandy is an independent Trustee and Director. 

Sandy currently practices as a consultant in areas of strategy and governance. Previously he was a senior partner of Deloitte Consulting for 33 years, where he worked with corporations and governments in North America and overseas in strategic planning and organization development. Sandy also held senior management positions in Canada and internationally, including those of Managing Partner and then Chair of the Canadian consulting practice. He is a past Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Hospital for Sick Children in Toronto. Currently he is Chairman of the Board of Directors of The Multiple Sclerosis Scientific Research Foundation of Canada.
