Alexander R. Aird has been a trustee of the Fund since May 2005 and a member of the Board of Directors of Menu Foods GenPar Limited (administrator of the Fund) since July 2002. Mr. Aird practices as a consultant in areas of strategy and governance. Mr. Aird had been a senior partner of Deloitte Consulting for 33 years, he worked with corporations and governments in North America and overseas in strategic planning and organization development. He also held senior management positions in Canada and internationally, including those of Managing Partner and then Chair of the Canadian consulting practice. Mr. Aird is a past Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Hospital for Sick Children in Toronto. He is Chairman of the Board of Directors of The Multiple Sclerosis Scientific Research Foundation of Canada. Mr Aird is an independent Trustee and Director and Chair of The Compensation & Corporate Governance Committee.
