TORONTO, Nov. 10 /CNW/ - (TSX: MEW.UN): The Trustees and the Board of Directors of Menu Foods are pleased to announce the reappointment of Serge Darkazanli as Chairman & Chief Executive Officer and the appointment of Paul Henderson as President and Chief Operating Officer.

Mr. Darkazanli joined Menu in 2002 as Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer after a distinguished career as Chief Executive Officer of Westfair Foods Limited, the western division of Loblaws Companies.

Paul Henderson joined Menu as Executive Vice-President & Chief Financial Officer in 1998 after having spent 8 years as the Chief Financial Officer of Cott Corporation. In 2001, Paul was promoted to the position of Senior Executive Vice-President and Chief Operating Officer for Menu Foods.

These appointments reflect the close working relationship between the two executives as well as the commitment to strong leadership as a competitive advantage for the Company.
